PROTECH CONSULTANTS (P) LTD offers technology to set up Plants for Chlorine Dioxide by R-8 and R-8 / R-10 Processes in Collaboration with ERCO WORLDWIDE, CANADA.In addition PROTECH have set up modern plants by R-2 process using state of the art instrumentation which gives consistent production and product concentration of minimum 6.0 - 6.5 gpl.

Now PROTECH can offer small / medium capacity sized plants with Hydrogen Peroxide or Methanol as reducing medium instead of salt (NaCI) which significantly reduces the cost of production , improved performance with minimum puffing almost 50% reduction in generation of effluent acid and lower capital costs as compared to R-2 process. Chlorine free Chlorine Dioxide solution will be produced with 6.5 - 7.0 gpl concentration.
