- Receiving offers and arrange for obtaining technical clarifications from the vendors wherever required.
- Technical bid analysis and recommendations for all the mechanical/piping/electrical and instrumentation items.
- Purchase order indents for the mechanical/piping/electrical/instrument items.
- Follow up with the vendors for the documents/drawings after placement of orders.
